It has been a while since I have been back here! I was coming here back in the day when there were dirt roads and very little asphalt! Definitely more modern and upgraded from the past. I took some friends here to do some shopping. Thier first time in Mexico! We went to Rosarito first then came to TJ to do the shopping thing. They had fun. Not the good deals of past. Vendors in most shops will sell for half the price they initially offer. Safe even at night but don't wander down nearby streets. Las pulgas is great night club. Loud.
