Ocean Experience Cozumel — Local services in Isla Cozumel

We had a fabulous experience with our guide, Jonathan, and captain, Hernan. If you are looking for a relaxed and personalized experience then Ocean Experience will not disappoint. They were recommended to me by our Airbnb host.

I was traveling with my older parents so we booked the private tour. My Mom got very nervous when she first went in the water. Jonathan was so good with her and reassuring that she calmed right down and was able to do the snorkeling. Jonathan took such good care of her every time we were in the water. Not only that but he was a nice, down to earth guy, with lots of experience and a real love for the ocean and sea life. Plus great English!

We also were able to visit a place off the beaten path where we saw several sea turtles. At no point did we ever feel rushed and Capitan Hernan even took his time on the way back so we could really appreciate the sunset.

All I can say is wow! Truely impressed with Karla and Ocean Experience. You can tell she loves what she does because of how warm and welcoming she is. Our group of 4 went scuba diving with her and it was an amazing experience. We had one person who was new but she still made sure everyone knew the basic hand signals and safety practices. After everyone was properly set up we had a blast exploring the beautiful reefs. My husband and I had an awesome time snorkeling with Karla! She was open to lingering in places that we wanted to see more of. She pointed out things of interest occasionally while we were snorkeling but mostly let us do our own thing in leisurely fashion. This was exactly what we wanted! She’s happy to tailor your experience to you. We went to several reefs and then ended at Cielo and dropped anchor near by for some Delicious vegan ceviche and a massive fruit plate with the most delicious pineapple! Thank you Carla!
