My family and I recently had the incredible opportunity to embark on a snorkeling excursion with AdrianCozumel, lead by Captain Alex and his partner Lalo, and it was an experience that surpassed all of our expectations. From the moment we set off, the crew's enthusiasm and love for the ocean were palpable, creating an infectious energy. The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the chance to encounter magnificent sea turtles gracefully swimming in their natural habitat. It was a surreal and humbling experience, as we observed these gentle creatures up close, gliding effortlessly through the crystal-clear waters of Cozumel.

Not only did Captain Alex and his partner Lalo provide a chance to see sea turtles, but they also made sure we encountered other mesmerizing marine life. The vibrant and diverse ecosystem beneath the waves unveiled a kaleidoscope of colors as we swam alongside majestic starfish and graceful stingrays. My wife and I just returned from a short cruise that included a stop in Cozumel. We chose to take a tour with Adrian while there. This was our second time taking an excursion with him and once again, it was awesome. We booked with Adrian well in advance to make sure we could get him locked in for our day there. He stayed in contact with us and finalized the details of what we wanted to do right before our day there. He is very flexible with his tour options with many things to choose from. This trip, we skipped the awesome power snorkeling we did on the first trip and spent several hours on a secluded beach on the north end of the island. We boated past the crowded Passion Island to our owm spot. There was no one else in sight! We had the whole place to ourselves. It was hard to believe that we could have that kind of paradise with no one else around. When you add in the beer, margaritas and snacks that Adrian provided (discussed with him ahead of time what we preferred), it was perfect. I am always nervous booking with a tour operator outside of the cruiseline-sponsored excursions; afraid that we will be late getting back to the ship. I shared that concern with Adrian. He assured me that he'd have us back in time and that he's never had anyone miss the ship. This is an undiscovered gem, and frankly, I almost selfishly don't want to review it so it remains such!

Adrian’s tours are pronominal, intimate, informative, and best of all fun.

Our boat driver and tour guide were both super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made sure we had the equipment we needed (masks & snorkels) safety equipment we wanted (life vests & flotation buoy), and the amenities we did not know we would need like delicious local beer for the ride to the reef, and a boogyboard of snacks to enjoy at the sandbar after we were all hungry from a day of swimming.

We experienced 4 snorkel sessions, one 30-minute session, and 3 shorter 10-minute sessions, as the tide and current meant we could only remain above the zone for so long.

We saw the coral reef, schools of fish, sea turtles, starfish, stingrays, puffer fish, and much more. And even when surrounded by other groups, our guide Alex made sure we were always accounted for, and that we knew where he and the boat were at all times.

Alex even brought a waterproof Go-Pro and got shots of not only the things we were seeing, but us as a group. A very thoughtful touch.
