We booked this excursion for our port day in Cozumel. We booked through FlipTours who was incredibly responsive via phone/text and email. Cindy helped guide us in picking an excursion that met what we were looking for. Only suggestion was it would’ve been helpful to know who/what to look for once arriving at Money Bar. It wasn’t clear as to what company or guide we’d be looking for or any formal check in process. In all though, La Chula catamaran was the highlight of our ten day vacation. We absolutely fell in love with Cozumel. We snorkeled and saw beautiful shades of blue/green, starfish, rays and fish. Although I was comfortable, I wouldn’t say this is a snorkel for beginners. The guides were friendly, helpful and accommodating to those that did not speak Spanish. Light (tasty) refreshments were served. Music playlist was great, my husband loved it. We would recommend this tour again, 10/10. We did not feel rushed despite limited port time. Staff had us back in plenty of time that still permitted us to catch a cab and explore downtown prior to returning to the ship. We cannot wait to return to...

Fabulous private tour by Adrian, Israel & Luis!!!! They showed us the absolute best snorkeling day we’ve ever had in Cozumel!! We do A LOT of snorkeling on our own etc., and have been to some of these reefs before but never saw it like this!! The photography was great as well. I had my own camera, but us being captured altogether was priceless! The photographer Adrian even had some ideas for some fun videos, etc.Highly recommend their private tours. It’s so worth it. They showed us secret spots with incredible sealife we wouldn’t have seen otherwise! See for yourself what they can show you 👀🐢🦈⭐️🦀🦞🐚. Despite the bad weather, the crew went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. The round trip took about two hours, with an additional two hours in the water, and the experience was super fun with a great atmosphere. We had lots of visitors while eating in the water, which added to the fun. I’m giving 4 stars because of an issue with transportation. When we booked the excursion, we were told that a ride back was included, but the person never showed up.
