I only give this place one star because none it’s not an option

There’s no hot water all the time, when you have hot water, it’s only for one minute. After that you have to wait like 20 min to have one minute more of hot water (If you’re lucky, other times it doesn’t work ) , the tv and the dryer don’t always work…

They light connections are all messed up. You can’t plug two things at once in the kitchen because the breaker gives out, their solution was to tell us to not use the two plugs “geez thanks guys”.

And talking ‘bout the internet, guess what, it didn’t work too 🤡 they have the same wifi for all the apartments

I don’t recommend this place, nothing works correctly, and it’s exhausting, for the price I was expecting something more… way more.

However the location it’s awesome very close to good...

Quiet, clean, extremely well located on CDMX'S beautiful and safe neighborhood of Polanco, these apts. provide the perfect experience for both business or family trips. The hot tub is great and the gym is never too busy. I never had to walk more than 4 blocks to find really good restaurants or supermarkets.
