The luggage was not in the room as she originally told me; it was in an office downstairs. It was 3:00 p.m. and she still did not bring my bag. I went downstairs and walked to the back office where I found her talking with her colleagues and holding our bags. I took them from her and went upstairs to the lounge still waiting for a code to open the door to our room. Since my room didn’t have a balcony, it was a little bit dark. It is equipped with a microwave, a little fridge and a sink. What I didn’t like much is the cleaning. I found a bad smell in my fridge and I turned out to be an old meal from a previous visitor. The microwave had crumbs and the bathroom mirror had something sticky that dunno what it was.
At night I could see the light from the bathroom window and I would’ve preferred it to be all dark. But above all it was ok.
The location though, it was perfect! So close to many great restaurants and from the Bosque de Chapultepec! Walking distance.
The persona that were in the lobby were nice.
The breakfast was very simple, but it was ok too. Scrambled eggs, cereal, oats, yogurt, fruits, bread, milk, coffee, and juices,...
