This is a beautifully curated shop with handicrafts from all over Mexico. I did quite a bit a of shopping there on two trips however there is a lack of integrity with their pricing. I was quoted a price for something and the next day the price had increased by 40 percent. On another item I asked someone in the store and she quoted me a price but at the register they nearly doubled it (I ended up not buying this piece). Had high expectations as this shop is mentioned in so many articles about interior design shops in CDMX - was disappointed. The selection is ok, not great. The atmosphere in the shop is unnecessarily snobby. The lady charged us for one item which she then forgot to pack in our bag - we unfortunately only noticed once we got home so couldn’t go back to get it. I've been looking all over the world for a tea pot that is large enough, elegant, and hand-made. This was the place where I finally found one. It took everything in my being to not buy everything else in this shop. I got a little card with information on the artisan who made my purchase. The staff was incredible, and they turned the store upside down to help me find the perfect item. I really appreciated them for being patient...
