Totally disappointed with this store. Visually it is beautiful, however, they just posted that they will no longer be supplying fruit and veggie bags. Really?? Your shopping carts and never actually cleaned, your butchers hardly even seal the meat properly, and I am fearful of cross-contamination. I understand that we are against single-use plastic products, however, how am I to shop there when 1. your cashiers do not sanitize between shoppers, 2. the conveyor belts are never cleaned between shoppers, 3. the 15 items or less area is also never cleaned between shoppers, 4. the meat always leaks. Yes, I wash all my produce before I use it, but, the lettuce will never get cooked to kill any possible cross-contamination. As beautiful as this store is, I would never just place my produce in those carts. I will find another way to...

SORIANA APESTA!!! COMPREN EN WALMART O CHEDRAUI!!!He hecho 3 pedidos a domicilio y siempre colocan mi orden en esta sucursal. Sere puntual: 1 No llega mail de confirmacion de pedido 2 No llaman para ofrecer opciones si no tienen el producto 3 No respetan promociones como descuentos o 3x3, 4 En algunos casos el precio final es superior a la web 5 ENVIAN CUANDO SE LEA DA GANA 6 UNA ODISEA COMUNICARSE A LA TIENDA

Mi ULTIMA Y DEFINITIVA EXPERCIIENCIA (no les vuelvo a comprar)

Mi pedido estaba para entrega 2-3pm. Uno entiende que puede haber demoras, pero eran 4h30 pm y nada. Despues de pleitos con el unico numero de servicio al cliente, me dieron el numero de la tienda Me atendio un INUTI llamado “Rudy” y despues de dejarme en linea 10 mins me dice “Su pedido salio desde temprano pero va retrasado y el repartidor esta un poquito lejos, está en Interlomas”!!! Yo estoy por el metro Normal!!!! Era mas de una hora y eso si llegaba directo. De verdad me moleste y le dije: “eso es lejos, está en la chin4d4”. Sí, utilice una palabra fuerte, que dicho sea de paso ya no está sancionada si se dice medios, y el muchachito se sintió muy ofendido. Me colgó el celular y me bloqueó, ya no hubo manera de comunicarme con el. Tambien me bloqueo en whats!!! Media hora mas buscando al jefe del delicadito Rudy piel delgada. Me ofrecieron entregarme el pedido al día siguiente, después de los cancelé, yo lo pido para cuando yo lo necesito no para cuando a Soriana y a sus INUTILES se le da la gana!!! nice looking grocery and more store; although i went here to eat in the cafeteria/food court/eatery area. some places open i believe as early as 7? most 12-9pm. some of the menu items look pretty good and i'll likely be back to try some more. i went here to try the burger. it is punching above its weight class, as i've had many burgers for more money that were not nearly as satisfying. i had the texas burger and fries. i think it will be challenging to find a burger fries combo at this price point...
