Porco Rosso BBQ Miyana — Restaurant in Mexico City

Got the sampler. I hadn’t realized how expensive it was. My mistake for not calculating the currency conversion on my end, which is why I was wondering why it was so big. My favourite part was the pickled vegetables. The coleslaw had too much mayo and did not have a freshness that coleslaw should. I didn’t even touch it. The pork belly was too salty and most of everything else had no salt or flavour. The ribs were not fall off the bone and very dry. I ended up giving a bunch to my dog. I was craving for bbq and was so happy with what I got. It was about USD25 per person and the price range might not be cheap for Mexico but was worth it.

The corn was my favorite with chilly mayonnaise. Bacon was super salty but the pork was delicious! Ribs were very dry, the meat doesn’t easily peak off but I prefer non fatty so was perfect for me.

I had lemonade without sugar and it was very refreshing with the big platter we had.

Recorrimos el food court a ver si nos enamoraba algún lugar... Definitivo, fue amor "a primera vista" 😍 Me acerque a pedir la carta y revisándola una bartender se presentó. Con mucha paciencia nos platicó el concepto de PORCO ROSSO 🐖

Nos decidimos por una ensalada de Betabel horneado, ramen de Brisket, hamburguesa de Brisket con queso amarillo.

Más tardamos en elegir mesa y ubicarnos, ya nos estaban entregando nuestros cocktails de Maracuyá... Revivimossss!!!

Saboreando el tamarindo con chilito pikin, aterrizó la ensalada... Que magnífico platillo 👌🏻Lo disfrutamos hasta el último bocado.

Gran sorpresa, nos sirvieron el ramen y a saborear el platillo (tienen que probarlo y darle su vo.bo.) 🤤 pork belly, huevo escalfado, noodles, just perfect 🤩

Y el gran final, la hamburguesa de Brisket, con su queso amarillo y papas a la francesa. 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
