The new Soriano's in Tulum is a gem to behold! It is well placed on Coba Road west of town for easy access, has FREE parking, welcoming staff, wide aisles, an enormous variety of products with fresh produce, superior meat quality, a ceviche bar, bakery, and a sushi bar. The overall sense one gathers is that it was designed with customer satisfaction and a superior shopping experience in mind. So twice we’ve been and bought items and when we got home they were missing.
The first time we thought … that’s weird I’m sure I put that in (3 items we noticed).
The next time though we were missing 4-5 items and were 100% to make sure we picked up everything.
Our guess is the check out people are scanning and then taking a few items when you’re not looking.
We’re local and gas we watch out for the various scams that people know happen at gas stations.
