Panna e Cioccolato (Soriana) — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

During my vacation in Tulum this past February with my partner, we discovered a hidden gem: Pana y Chocolato. These are by far the best Italian gelatos I’ve ever tasted. Every bite was a burst of flavor that transformed an ordinary day into something truly magical. I absolutely fell in love with the Stracciatella flavor—it was perfectly balanced and creamy, with just the right crunch of chocolate. The After Eight was equally enchanting, offering a sophisticated twist that surprised my taste buds in the best possible way.

The service at Pana y Chocolato was exceptional; the staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find a place where both the quality of the product and the level of service come together so seamlessly.

I can honestly say I’d return as often as possible—I can’t imagine a day without indulging in one of the most delicious ice creams I’ve ever had. It’s a pity that my vacation had to end because every scoop was a reminder of the unforgettable experience that was Pana...

Pésimo servicio. He ido varias veces y siempre te atienden como si ya se quisieran ir (7:20pm) Hoy justo fui por el 2x1 que tienen. Pedí un vaso sencillo, y claramente mi novio dijo en voz alta "elije tú los dos sabores". Elegí tiramisu y lotus, en lo que giré para hablarle a mi novio, el empleado ya me había servido los dos sabores en un vaso grande. Le comenté al empleado que si quería me cambiará las bolas de nieve a un vaso pequeño, o que las dejara así y me cobrara el pequeño, pero no quiso, que por el "gasto" del vaso 🙄 ... Yo no quería tanta nieve (4 bolas) y se me hace ridículo que si fue su error no pueda...

Eh visitado todos los Panna e Cioccolato en Tulum y la verdad, este es el mejor (Hablando sobre la atención al cliente), todos tienen gran variedad de sabores de Gelato, las mejores paletas que se pueden llegar a probar y por si fuera poco, tienen una gran variedad de postres, ideales para regalar a tu pareja, amigos...
