I really have an unforgettable good experience in chefchaouen with them. The driver Youssef and photographer Abdula are so good. I am going alone and Youssef tried to talk to me and bought an hot black tea for me with his money in the morning. The driver knows how to warm up the atmosphere. He is a good DJ as well. When we come back to Tangier, everyone was on singing with karaoke in the van. Yes they have a karaoke system on the van. Everyone can select an youtube song to play and sing, the mic is very nice. In fact we have a very good photo together in our 16 people team with driver and photographer. But I do not want to show them here because I dont have all of the people's grants to show their photo in a public area. To avoid the potential privacy leagle problem, I will just show some sight view photos here. But I guarantee this is the most interesting trip that I have. I told them that I need to take a train on 8pm and they dropped me off first after the trip. I think they are kind people. If you have some special requirement just speak out to them and they would try their best to solve it. The driver also give each one of us a small gift. The only part need to becareful is that the trip is actually end on about 7pm at night. I mean the time arrive Tangier. If you dont have plan at night, that would be very good because you spent more time on this trip. But if you have tight plan at night, I would suggest at least plan it after 8p.m. Sometimes they might be end earlier, but this time we might be too enjoy so they...

I had booked a day trip to Chefcheoun which went smoothly. Timely communication and went per plan. The guide Noufel was informative, patient and enthusistic. But what sets him apart is that he is kind and attentive. The steep inclines and declines are difficult for me to negotiate as I have Planters and flat feet. He came to my aid without even being asked or told. He extended a hand and supported me up the steps, down the steps and made sure that I did not fall behind. The driver was polite and always with a smile. But the real trick was when 2 separate day tours from another 3rd party agency cancelled on me after booking the trip on the day of. I called Xauen on a lark because I only had a single day left in Tangier. The lady coordinator, Sara I believe, made it happen on a short notice. She put me with a group with 4 other people for a city tour with driver Ali and guide Omar. Ali was impeccably polite and patient and Omar extremely informative and witty. Seeing my special interest he gave me lots of info on other Roman history related sites in Morocco than Volubilis for my next trip. And because I requested he made sure that I could visit the tomb of Ibn Battuta deep inside the old town and even smooth talked the caretaker who happened to be present to open the tomb so that I could pay my respect.
