Went to see new Incredables 2, 19.45 show on Tuesday 26th of June. Bought tickets few hours in advance and everything went smoothly. Price was decent and service was good.

It was 19.30, and we and others who were going to the show were waiting to get inside the movie theater. 19.45, we were still waiting and upon asking the staff we only got a murmured response. Eventually someone told us that in that theatre they were still screening the previous movie. So eventually there was a crowd patiently waiting. At 20.00 we didnt receive any new information on how long it will take until they let us in, so me and my partner decided that this was taking too long and we walked out without refund.

How is this possible as movies take a specific amount of time to run? We would understand if there were some technical problem or cleaning problem but we werent given any explantion...

We went to see "lost city" last night. The movie started at 20:00 and we went in, at around 20:30 we went out to get some slushies and were told by the "security" to go back into the theatre and that we can not buy anything "the slushy machines were still on and the popcorn display still full" I went up to the lady at the counter and asked her if she would please help us. She turned her back on us and while walking away said "NO! I already cashed up!" I said but we could swipe as this will not affect her "cashing up" she proceeded to the slushy machines, turned it off and ignored us. We were a group of friends and this cinema wont be...

Both cashiers at the ticket counter and popcorn today was friendly, a very good start, and impression. We did however had to wait till 11h10 with no person to check our tickets, and the movie started at 11h15, and it was not cleaned up from the previous slot. We all proceeded without being checked in. The comfortable seating made it all worth it. If you can, it would be nice if you can supply some or other tray thing where you can fit in/on when you are with more than 2 small kids, becomes challenging to juggle everything. You could deserve a better rating, very modern place you have, just capitilise on its...
