Santa Fe Spur Namibia — Restaurant in Khomas

I was assuming always that if you eat at the spur, you expect less than other Restaurants, but when I looked at the price I realised that it is more expensive than most other restaurants... so .... when I was asked only when i was paying about my experience and i nicely explained what was wrong, the manager laughed... he didn't take me seriously, did he want me to throw my toys out if the cot and be rude before he listens to me. ... all the staff were standing around doing nothing during my meal as pic shows including management but no one approached and checked. My food was cold, my steak was cut wrong and was tough as hell. I didn't even eat my chips. When i told the waiter my food was cold he said he will moan at the chefs, but no attempt to heat up.... anyway . What did i say about the Spur... we allow it as its only the spur... we don't expect fireworks. but they get paid top dollar for the product. Really...

I am so disappointed. Our kids love this spur and we spend so much money here every month and have never had problems until tonight. We found plastic in our food and when we asked for a refund the manager told us this happens often and they are trying to change suppliers. I calmly said that I shouldn't pay for this and he agreed. When we received the bill the food was not removed and they insisted that we pay saying that we finished the food anyway. The manager agreed that he wouldn't pay either and then proceeded to argue with me Infront of all his staff. We will not be going back and will not recommend this spur to anyone who...

The Waitress was amazing Food was good however on the last bite in 2 chicken schnitzels we found plastic in them We called the manager over, showed him the plastic We got told that this is standard in the chicken schnitzels We then asked for the 2 schnitzels to be removed from the bill

When the bill came the schnitzels were on the bill We refused to pay for the schnitzels The manager then told us that he doesn't understand why we finished the meal if we found plastic in the food, when we found the plastic on the last bite

We asked him if he'd pay for food if he found plastic he said no

We won't be going back even though...
