Mugg & Bean — Restaurant in Khomas

My experience at the Mugg & Bean in Namibia was not good at all. They seem to service in a professional way certain members of the society and not other members. I remember seeing the restaurant only had 2 tables with 'white' people and more tables with black patrons and the stuff would ignore the tables with 'black ' patrons and pay lots of attention to the only 2 tables with 'white ' patrons. I remember calling the manager who him asking his colleague to come to when I specifically wanted to speak to him as he was the senior person on the floor responsible for good or poor service. It's not acceptable what I expireced in Mugg & Bean Namibia ( Windhoek), it seems to be normal there,but it's not acceptable in this day and age. The second time I was in Namibia, I chose another restaurant. Even though the experience in Pretoria, Care Town,JHB is more inclusive. The irony of it all the stuff are 'black'. But, this narrative comes from the management because if I don't live in Namibia, I could notice it. The atmosphere here is to die for, the peace and calmness is heaven. This place makes you relaxed 😌. What amazed me they catered for everyone, lover of soccer their TV will air it for you while diving in. Scenery you can seat outside and endjoy the weather. The waiter that catered for us here was very slow but calmest. She will take long but yet she will apologise and her warm smile will softern you The food was amazing the meat quality and taste is mouthwatering. Received a warm welcome. Service was good, my omelette arrived within 10mins. It was well prepared and very tasty. I was also able to season it myself which helps alot. Appearance is tidy and organised, and staff is alert. There was no music playing which made it nice cause you can take in the sounds of laughter, chatting of crockery and the cappuccino machine, which is different and soothing.
