Dear Management Your service us terrible. Product good. Please train your staff to work in a concerted effort to serve the looong row of clients. One person doing the cash register, folding huge boxes for small cakes sloooooowly, while he attends at the same time to coffee, food etc. The rest of the staff are in the kitchen counting the minutes down to closing time..... I waited for 20 minutes for a coffee and a small cake. No serviettes, no spoons for take away cake etc. I hope that you can improve. Times are tight and...
