The Grove Mall of Namibia — Local services in Khomas

This is a new mall. It's an amazing place to shop, hangout and meet people. It is well organized and easy to locate stores and other facilities. ATMs are also at your convenience. It operates 24/7. They have one of the biggest Game stores in town. Apple store is on the second floor and the coffee shop is right opposite to it. Stores specifically for babies stuff, quality furniture stores even custom made. Dry meat and beef jerky? No problem, you'll eat till you drop. Trending markets, I mean you got it all in one box. It's likely that you'd find a thing or ten you need as you visit Windhoek.

Safe parking lot or car park for a reasonable fee.

If you get hungry while shopping there, you have a countless number of restaurants where deeelicious meals and amazing drinks are served and desserts if you like.

It is very clean and well maintained. The toilets are forever spotless. You'll find friendly workers too, helpful and kind. There are benches to take a breather if you get tired of walking around. There's literally much to see, you won't see the...

Shopping experience was relaxed and convenient for a Sunday afternoon after month end, but was totally spoilt after planning to be there for an hour and it turned out to be two hours cause the parking ticket machines had long lines of people cause there's only one machine at Torga Optical ...and when you eventually get to pay after waiting for 20 minutes then you told by the operator the machine doesn't work and only takes notes...no coins ....as I don't carry notes on me I had to walk across the mall to draw money but with ATMs without cash I ended up at another bank's ATM to draw cash just to get back and stand in a long line again with customers struggling to pay parking tickets at a machine that doesn't take coins and finally an operator to come and apologise to clients , asking that we make this known cause he raised the concern to his Managers but they not attending to it... Shopping today sucks at the Grove Mall and this is just the beginning of the Xmas shopping...the Mall is clearly not geared towards efficient...

This review was written in November 2023, Grove Mall is a beautiful modern Mall located in Windhoek, Namibia.

The first thing you notice when you arrive at Grove Mall is the parking lot Security person that performs an excellent job at assisting drivers in finding & parking their vehicles.

Grove Mall has all of your shopping needs from sporting goods, clothing, shoes, groceries & etc.

This is a Mall that a person could spend an entire day shopping or just relaxing with family & friends.

The Mall never feels crowded & each time I’ve have been to this mall the staff at most of the stores greet you with a smile and seem eager to provide great customer service.

This mail has staff members that are constantly ensuring all areas are kept clean. It is refreshing to see staff that take pride in keeping this beautiful facility clean & tidy.

I highly recommend shopping here or just a visit to this mall if you are in...
