RocoMamas The Grove — Restaurant in Khomas

So, a bit disappointed. 10.12.2020 , arrived at 7, greeted by a waiter, showed us to a table next to the awesome Harley Davidson, sat there for 20min before another waiter came and asked if we had been helped, we said no whereby we got pens to place an order. At this stage 2 families of 4 who were seated after us already got their drinks. Another couple also after us served. By the time we got our drinks other people seated after us were eating already . Long story short service 2/10. Food was lekka. It was my bday, first time and last time there.

This is a follow up 12:12:2020, got a call from their Operations Manager Quincy called us and sincerely apologized for our experience there, which shows us that their value each customer individually and that we are not just a number passing through which we appreciate. Everything is sorted and we will be giving RocoMamas a visit in the future again. Thanks once again Quincy for showing such great customer service.

The food was delicious 😋. Luckily there was a hand basin to wash the kids hands, but unfortunately no hand towels. Further the service was friendly and swift. Very good experience! Thumbs up 👍

2nd review 4 years later - we've visited them again numerous times, but I had to add a 2nd review. Service was on point. Kevin was our waiter and he was incredibly professional and swift handling 7 orders. After the revamp it looks smart. Wash basin is heaven send, with foam handwash AND whoop whoop hand towel. Food was delicious and huge portions. The vibe 🤍 was amazing, with love music and a great play area for the kids that keeps them entertained. A difinite must place to visit! Go go go 👊🏼

I visited with my children just before we went to see a movie. Our waitress was not at all friendly. At one stage she grabbed the menus off the table and mumbled something. She seemed very annoyed that we were there. We ordered Nachos and 1 burger. We loved the nachos, ate them all and waited another 15 mins and still hadn't received the burger. I went to thw counter to tell them to cancel the order as we were pressed for time. Suddenly, the burger made an appearance. No apology, nothing. The place was nearly empty yet we had to wait more than 30 mins for a basic burger. Very bad service. Last time...
