Wimpy - The Grove — Restaurant in Khomas

My visit to Wimpy was disheartening, marked by the complete disregard from the waitstaff upon our arrival. Despite occupying a table for 15 minutes and making repeated calls for attention, we were left unattended (it wasn’t full at all, the staff just stood there talking amongst themselves). When we finally managed to flag down a waitress, her demeanor was notably rude, and she often ignored our requests. To compound the disappointment, only upon receiving the bill did I realize that a tip was automatically included. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Wimpy at The Grove Mall in Namibia. I ordered a chicken wrap as a takeaway, and what I received was shocking! The wrap was soggy, not fresh, and served in a flimsy plastic tupper-like container. To make matters worse, it looked like someone had already taken a bite out of it. Absolutely unacceptable!

The chicken salad I ordered was no better. The lettuce was clearly off, and the entire salad was far from fresh.

On top of all this, the service was painfully slow. I expected much better from Wimpy, but this visit was a complete letdown. I won’t be coming back...

We recently visited the place at Grove Mall and we didn’t receive the order for takeout properly and one order was meat even after requesting veg. Erna the regional manager reached out and offered to replace the incorrect order and offered complimentary drinks at no cost and apologized on behalf of her staff who didn’t take the order properly. We are thankful to have gotten in touch with Erna who is a precious asset to Wimpy and we are hoping the senior management recognizes her true professionalism, dedication to customer experience and reward her for her outstanding...
