Unprofessional Customer Service.

If you're seeking an example of poor customer service or unprofessional behavior, this particular establishment is worth a visit. Our group of three individuals initially sat outside, but two of us later went inside to order ice cream and a milkshake. Upon returning to our seats, we were unexpectedly approached by an unprofessional staff member who insisted we leave because we had not placed our orders while sitting outside. However, we had indeed ordered, just not at the specific table. Feeling frustrated, I decided to speak with the manager, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, the manager's conduct was even worse than that of her employees. She initially lied, claiming that we had ordered items not listed on the menu for outdoor seating. In response, I picked up the menu and showed her that our order was, in fact, from the available options. Additionally, there was no mention of the requirement to order while seated outside in the menu. These individuals demonstrated a complete lack of etiquette, a negative demeanor, and a profound lack of respect. Needless to say, I have no intention of returning to this...

I am a loyal customer here in this ice cream shop. used to study there whole my day (which mostly i spent 4-5 hours) and always did ordered more than 2 drinks (mostly 3 drinks) there though . but today a guy (who is working there as a waiter) came to me and said "hey , you shouldnt sit here whole day and just ordered one drink ! " and i was like "i just ordered another drink to that girl !!!! " . And he was like "Oh!" (and went away, without saying sorry or anything) It wasnt like there was a lot of customers today that there wasnt enough space for other customer to sit. IT WAS TOTALLY EMPTY UPSTAIRS!!!!! Wir waren drei Leute, die wir draußen saßen, dann zwei von uns ging hinein, um Eis und Milchshake zu bestellen, kam zurück, um draußen zu sitzen. Dann, eine Minute später eine unprofessionelle Mitarbeiterin kam, um uns rauszuschmeißen, weil wir nicht bestellen, während wir sitzen, sondern ging hinein und bestellte! Ich ging und fragte den Manager zu sprechen, aber sie war noch schlimmer als ihre Mitarbeiter. Sie hat am Anfang gelogen, dass wir Artikel bestellt haben, die nicht in der Speisekarte aufgelistet sind, also habe ich die Speisekarte genommen und ihr gezeigt, dass das, was wir bestellt haben, auf der Speisekarte steht. Diese Informationen über das Sitzen war nicht auch in der Speisekarte erwähnt. Diese Mitarbeiter haben Null Attitude, und Null Respekt. Werde nie wieder in dieses Geschäft setzen.
