Even though the food is good, the service provided by the employees and especially the boss is not up to standard.

I even worked at this place for a little while, and was fired after only 1 day because i had to call in sick due to covid-19. I was never paid for the days that i did work.

The boss also smokes inside of the restaurant, and often does weed outside together with the employees.

In short, i do not recommend this place. The employees are mean and the boss is arrogant, there are better places you can go for the same price and...

Terrible experience from start to finish. First, the phone service was awful—rude and unhelpful when I called to check on my order. Then, the food took almost 2 hours to arrive, far beyond what’s reasonable. By the time it got here, it was cold, and my patience was completely gone.

The slogan for this place should be: "Burgerme: Where your food comes late, and the service is worse." Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere if you actually want your meal in a timely manner. Never ordering...

Very nice place to sit in even though it is mostly a delivery service. Fries are cross and tasty. Burger with fresh components and delicious meat. Food gets delivered fast and in a pleasant way. Personal behind the counter is very friendly and german/english-speaking. Drivers do not really notice or annoy you. They forgot my special wish for the burger (and offered an ice or so as a compensation) and toilets gets used by staff and guests, but all in all a good choice for...
