Around July, my hair was cut too short and was straightened to death without my permission. I expected to be asked if I wanted heat on my hair but they didn’t as I at the time had prevented using heat on my hair for so long. The cut was just below my jaw and was layered and THINNED without notice beforehand. The grow out has been a horrendous journey of in-growing thick hair from thin layered hair. Although after the upset with my haircut, I grew to like it but the grow out was really bad considering I was doing a big chop and was going to let it grow out for a long time. I was looking for a new hairdresser a while ago and saw this salon. I went in to ask how much a cut and colour may roughly be, however I was shooed away and was told I needed an appointment first. I was only looking for a rough estimate and mind you, there were no customers there so she could've easily provided an estimate. So I left to another salon down the road who was much happier to provide an estimate and could get my cut and colour done as well. Would overall say, if the first impression isn't good, service probably isn't either. Wouldn't recommend...
