I’ve been going to this store for so long and used to love their food. I’d even stop there before work just to get their chana kulcha, it used to be that good. The chana would be filled right to the top, to the point I had to be careful opening the container so it wouldn’t spill. But I went today and honestly, what a letdown. The chana was less than half of what it used to be. Like seriously? And don’t even get me started on the taste! it was bland as hell, all I could taste was salt. What happened?? The kulchas are still good, I’ll give them that. But with chana like that? Not worth it anymore. I’m actually so annoyed. this used to be one of my favourite spots and now I have to think twice about going back.

Adding on to my review after the owner has responded - I am absolutely shocked. I left a completely honest review because the food has gone downhill, and instead of acting like a professional, the owner came back with the most disgusting, rude reply I’ve ever seen. Calling me “shameless” and “salty”? Are you serious? I used to spend my money here regularly. I supported this place for YEARS. And now you attack me for speaking the truth? That’s not just bad business, it’s pathetic and embarrassing. You’ve lost a loyal customer forever, and I’m going to make sure people see the way you treat those who kept you in business. I’ll be posting this everywhere. Thank People need to know the kind of person running this place....

I’ve been going to this bakery since they first opened. I’ve always tolerated their poor customer service for their chicken pies. Now their food is just as bad as their service.

Last time we went in the shoebox sized store to checkout the pastries. They had 3 unmasked customers they were attending to but us being masked were told to wait outside to follow the COVID rules hahaha the irony. Had a very bad experience at the store this morning. I ordered a chicken pie and stuffed kulcHa. This guy wearing no gloves and was cleaning shelves with dirty cloth and then used same hands for warming up kulcha. When i ask him to wear gloves and not touch the food with dirty hand, hes so arrogant that he refuses to sell his product but dont wanna change his attitude.
