I have always ordered pizza from this place as they were good. But today i ordered online at 10:17 and the expected time was 20 minutes, so i left home after 20 minutes and was handed over a wrong pizza. I was lucky to check my pizza as he gave me a 6 dollar pizza which manager has prepared for the beggers outside his shop this is what he told me. So i told him that this was not my pizza. He told me another 4 mjnutes and i was waiting for my pizza and i suspected that he has not prepared my pizza so i asked him if he is preparing a new one he said no just wait for 4 minutes and then after 10 minutes of waiting j stood up and called for them as they were at the back of the shop and asked him about my order. He said it is still being prepared , so i told him that it is way over the expected time. He started saying that this type of behaviour is not allowed jn the store, so i asked him what have i done wrong then he started accusjng me of using jndian language in the beginning and told me something similar to "this is not india. I asked him about the manager and wad told that he was the manager. I asked him give me the number of ur boss i will report hjm and i will also leave a review on their face book page and then he said that d I should do whatever i could do. I then asked him for a refund then he said do it online and then he will be the one who has yo approve it. The argument heated up i told him to not to accuse me of using foul as i have never done so. Told hkm he is lying. Told him he needs to improve his customer service skills. Meanwhile a customer walked in and started swearing at me to support the shopkeeper and they cornered me. I walked out with the pizza and it didnt have the cream sauce which i have paid extra for. Overall i was i feel i was ripped off and insulted badly. Last thing karma will play its part, j dknt have anythjng else to say. No sauce which i paid for , pic is for the reference
Thanks to the owner of pizza home, he read the feedback and called me nextday and discussed what happened and i felt better after speaking to him as he acknowleged my complaint. This now sorted....
Read moreI ordered through menulog for the first time. Good thing about menu log is unlike uber eats you are able to read reviews. After reading all the reviews it was clear to me that the #1 issue is late delivery. I decided to ring the restaurant and express my concerns about placing an order because reviews are showing customers are receiving their pizza over an hour late. The young lady who answered the phone was very friendly and told me they use a lady to deliver their pizza but because she has a baby sometimes she will agree to deliver and sometimes she won't so she told me she'll ring the deliverer and ask if she will be able to deliver if I place a new order. 5 minutes later she called me back and said she wasn't able to deliver but please bare with me as I try somebody else and ring me back. 10-15 min later she calls back and tells me she has a driver who would be more than happy to deliver my order. When she called back to tell me this it was going onto 11:30am she asked me what time would I expect delivery I said12:30pm and she said fine don't worry it'll be there by then. My order arrived at 1:15pm and not only was it well over an hour late but the quality and taste was revolting to say the least. Butter chicken pizza: no butter chicken flavour and toppings immediately fall off the slice as you pick it up. Chicken and camembert also creamy chicken bacon: greasy, bland taste Meat lovers: absolutely oily and dripping in fat If you taste their pizzas you will notice each of them have a bitter taste which must come from the cheese and base they use which makes them all taste equally revolting. Each flavour pizza doesn't have their own unique taste because they're all over drowned in bitter and oily cheese. Ordered food at 11.24 and says will be delivered 11.54 and its 12.04 and still haven't received our order. I called them and they said delivery on its way at 11.54 and i called again 12.07 and they say same thing!! Not a happy customer!! Food finally delivered at 12.12 which is almost 20mins difference from est. time. Received food and its soggy! Prawn pizza is really soggy that the box is wet and almost ripping through the bottom! Wedges are soggy too! I was happy when I first ordered thats why i re-ordered however my 2nd time round was a bad experience. Which is sad because their pizzas are nice its just their service and if I didn't receive soggy pizza I would give them more stars. Their customer service isn't good either!! I told the delivery guy that my pizza is soggy and he said well thats just from the heat and i said Well I don't want soggy pizza and he said well thats just how it is! Worst customer service! Also called their phone many times and it took 8 calls for me to get through to them. I also called once and she answered and i said hello and she hung up on me! Rude! Then when i called back to complain about the pizza the person I spoke to just said well did you tell the delivery guy? And i said yes I did and he said its hust from the heat 🤔 and she said she will call me back which she didn't and I called back and spoke to another girl and she said she will take my details and pass on to her manager tomorrow to call me and discuss a refund for my order so i will wait and see if they call me.
