My order(Takeaway Lunch) - Veg steam momos, Paneer Tikka Masala, Roti and Rice

Veg Steamed Momos - Very soft and thin coating, also superb in taste. Chutney was great too.

Paneer Tikka Masala - It was lip smacking and very delicious. There was just the right spice I asked for. Quality and quantity wise good too. Definitely worth ordering. Tandoori roti was also soft and nice.

Rumali Roti - A generous offer from the chef/owner for my order. I rate and Rumali roti 5/5 and would like to recommend to all people who are going out here to eat. It is absolutely out of the world. Try it once and you won't order any other bread again.

I placed my order and watched the chef cook. He was so passionate about his cooking and had a smile on his face when cooking. That just shows how much you love to cook.

I also got a chance to talk to the chef/owner. I must say a very down to earth, humble and friendly person. He carries an amazing attitude to make customers happy in every possible way. As I said we got complimentary Rumali Roti and it was so much soft and good in taste.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my dining experience at your restaurant last night, 25/12/2024. I dined there with a group of family and friends.

The quality of the food was extremely disappointing. Several dishes were overcooked, while others were undercooked. More importantly, the overall taste of the food was bland and unappetizing.

Unfortunately, the consequences of this poor meal quality have been severe. I experienced severe stomach aches throughout the night and have been vomiting since this morning. I suspect I may have contracted food poisoning from the meal I consumed at your establishment.

I am deeply concerned about this incident and the potential health risks it poses to your customers. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate corrective action to prevent similar occurrences...

Pathetic service. I came from Tauranga to play a match after match me and my partner we went to Bombay Spice, we ordered one lunch special Butter Paneer and a Paneer Manchurian but I got Palak paneer instead and when I asked to change it , the guy who was cooking food up there got offended. Really this was the worst service I have ever seen. When we got served the service person put the service tray on our table and just walked away. I have studied hospitality too it’s not professional at all. While service you can’t put the service tray on customer’s table. We didn’t get any serviette even there were no serviettes on the counter. Food wasn’t good though. Never recommend to everyone. Don’t want to give even a one star, but don’t have any other...
