McDonald's Head Office NZ. — Local services in Albert-Eden

Another Complaint in regards to Papakura McDonald's today, me and my 2x Kidults, 1x teen and 3 young ones arrived here to have lunch only to walk into a very frekkn cold 🥶 McDonald's. Where we sat was the only long and big enough table for us all to eat on all the while sitting under this air con. It was so frekkn cold I just had to talk with the Manager to ask for the thermostat on their Air con to be lowered down as it was too cold even my 5 year old said she was freezing. As I walked up to the counter saying oh I'll go talk to the Manager about it to turn it down or turn it off there was a cleaner lady there who had stopped and called out "Oh but not all customers will want the air conditioning off" I was shocked this coming from her trying to put her 2c in like woman really! So I said to her Um? your NOT the Manager I'm going to talk with her, tbh! I was quite upset at this cleaner lady & found her so rude to interrupt me. So yes head office has been forwarded with a complaint in regards to this. To the Franchisee Restaurant owner for Kura turn off or low down the thermostat at your Restaurant it's Winter outside not inside! You don't realize some customers may have health issues like myself and can't be in a cold environment so you know we expect to be in a nice warm environment to have lunch not the freezer. Shame on you Kura Maccas!

I and my wife went to Mc Donald's, Lunn Ave Mt Wellington, Auckland. I ordered a double quarter punder with an extra patty, extra onions and pickles swapped the ketchup and mustard for the spicy peri peri sauce. My wife ordered the same less the extras but no onion nor pickle. I am not the type which will stand in front of your employees and check the contents and insure that every item is there. Now I do not want to open and take apart every burger I order to even check if the simple basics are on the item. One onion, one pickle minimal serving of sauce which I paid extra for, the same on my wife's order. Now I know covid has hit hard on many businesses on the whole spectrum.
