We booked a Thai oil massage and within the first 15 minutes I wanted the refund but the female said we don’t do refunds as we have already booked so they can’t get someone else. I asked to put pressure but I am sure the female was new or she did not know what to do. This is the worst massage I have ever been to so far. I normally write very few reviews even though I go to a lot of places however will never go there again and will never recommend anyone to go either. I do not benefit anything from writing a bad review but we should all get value for our money. My friend and myself booked for 1.5 hours but believe me amazes Thai massage is so good. Went for a massage with my partner last night, paid nearly $300. The counter staff then told us after paying that we could be having a male masseuse which I did not feel comfortable with. This was something we should have been told during booking or prior to paying.

We were told that we would get a refund the following day, so booked elsewhere only to now have an email saying we will not be refunded.

Divine. Absolutely enjoyed my 1hr massage. They were flexible and took my booking last minute at 7pm. The room is simple, music soft, relaxing and warm. The massues was very skilled, gentle yet very firm with strong pressure when needed. I never usually fall asleep however, had to try and stop myself from sleeping!!...
