The swimming pool was a pleasant experience overall. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which made the visit very enjoyable. There’s also a café on-site that looked cozy and inviting, though we didn’t try anything from there this time. It’s a nice option for those who want to grab a snack or relax with a coffee.

The pool is well-suited for families, with plenty of activities for children. There are fun slides and a diving area that keep the kids entertained. For those seeking a more peaceful swim, the 50-meter pool in the outdoor area is reserved exclusively for adults, which is a great feature.

The showers were in decent condition. It took a little while for the water to warm up, but once it did, it was fine and comfortable. Considering the entry fee of $6.50, the pricing felt very fair for everything that was available.

One of the life guards was like to me “is she deaf” he was like yelling at me and I wasn’t doing anything and he was talking to my friends yelling “IS SHE DEAF” and he said he would kick me out but I didn’t do anything I was litteraly talking to my friend that was scared to jump off the diving board I showed her how far away it was from the pool and I am actually half deaf so he can’t really say that and even if I didn’t hear him he dosnt have to ask if I’m deaf and yell at all my friends it was so mean he didn’t even tell me what I did he just said he would kick me out. Never again I’m so unhappy about this and I am only 11 years old he was so mean he was yelling in my face and clapping in my face I want a refund man that was so unfair I do...

Review is for the fitness centre upstairs, well equipped, clean, air conditioned gym. Friendly and helpful staff.

They have change facilities and showers. There are free lockers of various sizes for storing your gear during workouts.

The equipment is relatively new, well maintained and there are lots of various machines (treadmills, cycles, cross trainers, recumbent cycles, spin machines, stair climbers, nautilus-type weight machines etc).

They also have free weights, mat areas, Swiss balls etc.

Just pay casual prices as I only overnight occasionally in Timaru for work, casual price $15 doesn't break the bank considering the facilities available.
