We did the triple trails cycle trip in March 24. This was a really well planned trip covering three main trails and a few extras so we felt we got to see a significant part of the South Island and ride a variety of different surfaces and terrain. Our guides Nicki and Mike were excellent; knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging and got to know us as individuals very quickly. Thanks to Nicki for pointing out swim spots for me. The accommodation and food was very good, sometimes surprisingly so for the size of the villages. The riding highlight for me was the Lake Dunstan trail, but enjoyed all of them. I also really liked that there was time to do other activities, like the walk to the glacier at the start of Alps to Ocean and to take the helicopter up at Fox Glacier. Nicki and Mike were helpful and knowledgeable about options for the rest days too and thanks to Mike for his excellent weather...

First time on a trail bike cycling tour and had a fantastic time, well supported by the experienced and knowledgable Marcus our tour leader and Carina his assistant leader who made every effort to try very hard to do her best. Both of them gave the experience an extra touch! The accommodation and meals were within my expectations, the best being at Waitaki Braids hosted by Katie White which is self contained and made so cosy I wished we had stayed another night. All cyclists were well taken care of, without being too overwhelmingly patronising. Keen eye were kept over our safety but we were allowed to make decisions on our own too. Met such interesting people in the group and made new friends. All were very supportive of me being an inexperienced rider. I was asked what is the one thing I like about the trip and my answer was “Everything”! I am definitely hooked on...

This last minute trip was more challenging than I thought it would be and thank god for that. Been a while since I've been on a dedicated hiking holiday and this was a great one to get me back into it. I definitely need to improve my cardio regime before my next trip! It was a jam-packed 7 days of great physical and mental exercise, filled with beautiful and diverse scenery and landscape as expected. The day hikes were great and the higher we got, the more impressive it became. The most challenging and fantastic day was the ascent to Mueller Hut. For a minute there I was going to mentally give up after arriving at the half mark point but a few encouraging words from a fellow traveller had me continiung on. The food on the trip was also great and the places we ate at had massive servings! Will definitely go on another NZ hike if I feel like visiting...

Milford & Fiordland Hike Bike & Kayak Tour in February 2024 This tour had it all with kayaking on Milford Sound, two fantastic hikes and 3 solid days of riding. Our group was only 4 so thankyou for not cancelling. Rudy was a dedicated guide, very knowledgeable passing on his vast experience working in the National Parks. The accomodation was very comfortable and the meals (salmon) at the Distinction is Te Anau were superb. Only a few steep hills to negotiate over the 150km of riding so I used a Standard bike. Karen had the E bike, and it will get anyone up and over the hills with ease. The overnight on Milford Sound was fabulous in all aspects. Accommodation was comfortable, buffet tea was excellent, and the nature guide was very informative.
