Burger King Moorhouse Ave — Restaurant in Christchurch

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant, I went to Burger King and ordered a bomb burger stunner meal with nuggets instead of a Sunday and also got churros, I asked for everything fresh and said I was more than happy to wait, I pull up to the window, didnt even get a hello I had the eftpos thing shoved in my face then I said it’s cash sorry, the window attend sighed at me, I asked that they please double check it was fresh and the window attended ashore me it was, I drove away after getting my food, as I drove away I checked the bag and my churros were missing, so I went back through the drive away and said they had forgotten them, the window attendant said that I had not been to this Burger King in the past 10 minuets or he would have remember me and ask for my receipt which he had originally not given me when I said I didn’t get one he said I was lying and was just trying to get free food when I have a Burger King bag and cup from just going through the drive and simply said I needed to leave and shut the window on me and at that point I was so angry I just drove away even after I paid for the churros because I felt so disappointed in the services, I highly do not recommend this...

I went in and asked for a cheeseburger. The serving guy went out back and 10-15 seconds later he was back with my burger. I thought that was a bit too fast to make a fresh burger in that amount of time. I left with it got into my car , opened it up and as you can see from the photo's it tasted like it looked. It wasn't fresh, wasn't hot and wasn't nice. I took it back in and i heard the server guy say "she's coming back'. I knew then that they had treated me badly on account of how i looked. I said to server guy as i opened burger up, what do you call this. He said its a cheeseburger. I said that it wasnt freshly made and it was starting to get hard. He tried to fob me off saying yes it was fresh, they had just made it. I said it takes longer than 10 seconds to make a burger. Finally he said i will make another one. i agreed. Again he went away and came back just as fast as the first time. Over it, wasn't hungry anymore just walked out. Now as i am sitting in car i can't help but think what else have they done to burger. I won't definitely won't be eating it. Won't be going back . YUCK!!!!!🤮 One last comment.... What if i was allergic to...

Most disgusting fast food place I have ever been to. Walked in and pretty much every table was left filthy. Took few min to be served once we were I had to ask to have the drink machine cleaned because it was disgusting. The guy that served me cleaned it with a cloth from a bucket that smelt like chemicals, I watched him to proceed to package and serve people with those same gloves on, then served a customer that was using cash with the same gloves on, then proceeded to package people’s food with the same gloves he touched the dirty cloth with and money with. He packed my food left it there, served 3 people and then finally gave me my food and my burger was stone cold! I asked for a refund. Especially During covid times people should not be handling people’s money with the same gloves they prepare food!!! Management need to train their staff better, keep an eye on what their staff are doing and for god sake keep their restaurant CLEAN! It’s a place that provides food, and what I seen yesterday was absolutely disgusting and left me...
