Here with a friend for her daughter's 5th birthday. My son is 7. The signs up in the over 5 year old areas state "strictly no 5yrs & under in this area unless accompanied by a parent 'on' the equipment" and a little pink sign stating "under 5's play area" with no conditions for the "under 5s area" .. where does this leave the 5 year old who was charged a full over 5 rate who is allowed in the under 5s area according to staff but not with my small 7 year old son and only companion with her ?? Poor management of conflicting signs and the supervision of areas containing 3 big equipment items to 1 staff member stuck watching a bunch of boys beating each other and getting bystanding 5 year olds with no restrictions. When I last was involved with health and safety over a gladiator type inflatable item earlier this year we were made to have restrictions on age, where children where allowed to hit and only 2 people at a time. I went to inflatable world yesterday with 4 school kids. Got there at 1.50pm and said to the guy I was here for the last hour. He charged me $60.00 or $15.00 pp which is normal rate. What he didn't mention that in10mins time it would only by $10.00 pp saving me $20.00. When I realised they had a special I went back to ask him about it. He said they had a stict guide line about it and because we had arrived before he couldn't do anything. I reminded him that I had said I was here for the last hour and asked him why he didn't think to mention it. It looked blankly and was quite a jerk. I hope he thinks he made some extra money for the business. Well he didn't. We WERE regular holiday visitors there. BUT WONT be with rip off...

I'm sure if you came here for a party it would be great. But as the general public it was poor, no child friendly seating to sit down and enjoy a lunch box instead they have high bar stools with no high chairs for younger children.

Food was over priced and not much of a selection, of what they did advertise they had ran out of. People were also choosing not to wait for service of food as there was often no one present to serve them. Sorry not a good experience and just wasn't worth the money or the...
