Fantastic location to Orewa beach, just a flat, 2-minute walk. Alice Eaves bush is north facing to some of the apartments and the bird life seen and heard on a daily basis is incredible. Apartments are well appointed and very spacious, even the 1-bedroom ones! The entrance has gorgeous living walls from floor to ceiling and the common facilities include, cinema, cafe, workshop, gymnasium, residents lounge, outdoor heated pool, art and craft cottage with more to come.
