I visited your store around 2:40 PM, and I have to say, it was a truly shocking experience. While I was at the checkout, I witnessed a female manager—an Indian lady wearing pink lipstick—pull a staff member aside for a one-on-one conversation right behind the tills. The manager spoke to the staff member in an unprofessional and rude tone, raising her voice in front of customers.
Shortly after, she began shouting at the security guard in the same manner and started talking loudly about someone named Mark. It was incredibly uncomfortable and awkward to witness all of this happen out in the open. Surely, these kinds of conversations should be handled in a staff room or private area—not at the front of the store where customers can hear and see everything.

Read moreThis used to be my preferred supermarket but, month by month, it becomes sorrier. The range of brands has narrowed markedly and the shelves seem to have more gaps each time I visit. The once great international section, with food you couldn't get elsewhere, has pretty well disappeared. At the checkouts, staff are now more likely to chat to each other, as if you're just a fencepost. For those with a small order, the express lane is usually closed, meaning you queue for an operator or have to use the self-serve machines. But these don't accept cash. Fruit and vegetables are good quality, though, which is great on a weeknight. Of course, covid has had an impact on all supermarkets. Still, there seems to be more than that here. Read moreI be honest not at all happy with there customer service and the store in general. I have bought on 2 occasions coleslaw from the deli and it had gone off. The first time I was given my money back and thought , oh its just a one off. The second time I put in a complaint as it was the last straw having this fermented rotten salad on my plate with the rest of my dinner (not an enjoyable experience at all). I put in a complaint but what did they do about it ...... nothing at all apart from write a note in there little book. Was obviously the last time I bought anything from the deli. I rarely shop there anymore there prices are generally a rip off anyway for allot of things and they generally offer no discount from me swiping my newworld card, feel like I am just giving them free data on what i buy every time...
