Called up and got a glass panel replaced over a month ago... today i get a call from the owner, "returning my call" ,i said what, your guys already done the job. Its done. His guy did it, A MONTH AGO. That was a month ago. I then got into an argument with him about whether or not i called a few days earlier. He told me i have my days confused. That i was wrong and that i HAD called. Because the potato head said his dad wrote a note in the the appointment book.
