Terrible company with worst service. Before Covid, I was return a light back to store, store didn’t pay cash back to me but provided me credit in a gift card, couple of weeks before, I try to use the credit to purchase a light. Store said no credit shown as they changed the system, only way is I found out the physical card. Well, after I found the card to try again, they still reject me said credit expired! How come my credit expired, that’s my money which you don’t want to pay cash back, that is the credit in this card. Can’t accept, I will sent them to the court. Remember, do not buy anything in the company! Shame on kiwi...

Coming in I knew nothing about the different types of bulbs or options in lighting expecting to just pick something that looked nice. One of the staff Regan greeted me warmly and patiently helped me find what I was looking for. Regan showed a real interest in helping me find the right fit for my home and throughly explain the pros and cons of different choices in a very easy to understand way. We went to this store based on good google reviews, however, when we walked in, a staff member was serving a couple really friendly, once they left, there was only us on the store floor with this staff member, he just standing at counter, looking straight to entrance's door ignoring us not even bother come interact with us, I guess you are only serve and friendly to the white people in this store.
