This place is amazing! Set up so well, with happy and helpful staff who made sure we were comfortable and knew how to use the system, and the bays for golfing are just stunning, we played in the virtual golf bays, we were a group of 3 larger males 6ft2 being the tallest, and we felt like we had all the room we could ask for when it comes to indoor golf so we could swing free without worry. The venue felt well ventilated and had air conditioning going to keep us comfortable. They had hot food and cold drinks on offer too. And then we get to the user experience... I was blown away from your own log in on their app which links to the system where you can replay your swing and see all your numbers to the different lies of the golf ball, fairway, rough and sand simulation. You cannot ask for more from a local golf simulator store/club. 10/10 experience I will be back and I do recommend for anyone and everyone to come and give it a go! I came here during the happy hour to treat myself to a session on the driving range and 18 holes of golf. I was not disappointed at all, absolutely loved the entire facility set up - the amount of technology invested into the cameras, app software, screens, touch panels, auto ball loader, was seriously impressive. The staff were extremely nice to me and I never felt so comfortable. After coming home and reviewing my shots on the app with the ability to see every single swing replay - and some stats to go with it, I really think KGolf had a well thought out customer experience plan.
