First time customer - ordered takeaway for 3 persons. I found the young servers to be unprofessional. A young Asian man who seemed to be learning both English and the menu (which was written in English) was being assisted/trained by a young woman (teenage girl?) who had an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. While placing my order, the girl had the young man change my order right in front of me without asking me, so I clarified that no, I wanted this particular dish which the menu states comes with this particular sauce. (I had asked for sizzling vegetables in black bean sauce - #30 on their menu) The girl said, “Oh, that dish comes with meat in it.” (Why can’t they just NOT put the meat in it? Is that really so hard, if all the dishes are made from scratch?) So she asked the cook, and he said it was no problem. So they changed my order back to what I had actually asked for. (Gee, thanks…) Later, when I came to pick up my order, I wanted to confirm that it was right because of the little change which I had specifically asked them to correct previously. I asked, “Did everything turn out alright?” to which the girl replied, “Have a nice day!” thus sending me away and totally dismissing my question! Obviously, I found this disrespectful. Basically, the girl had what I would consider a disrespectful attitude; and the young man, in my opinion, needed to at least learn the menu in English (as it was written in English) as it was his job to take orders from customers IN ENGLISH. I’m sure the cooks are good at what they do, and the food is probably alright (even good), but in my opinion their front end desperately needs work. The icing on the cake for me was after I got home the PAPER bag that they gave me my order in (that unbeknownst to me was SOAKED from one of the dishes they put in) gave way and all but 2 rice containers fell out onto the driveway. (See pic) Some of the curry spilled on my pants and shoe. I looked inside my car and confirmed that the paper bag had leaked curry onto the floor (even though the bag was secure and upright during the drive home). A little friendly advice? The person taking orders is the primary point of contact for the customer, so it's important that they are efficient, accommodating, respectful and communicate well. It only takes one bad experience for a customer to decide to NEVER return, and any potential repeat business from them is LOST. Therefore, MAKE SURE YOUR SERVERS ARE TRAINED PROPERLY. Oh, and PLEASE, SWITCH TO PLASTIC BAGS for takeaways! That’s my advice. Following my experience tonight, I certainly won’t be back anytime soon, and perhaps not ever. Good luck with your future business.

I use to have to go to the city to indulge in Thai food but now that I've found this place I don't have to. We got the chicken pad Thai which was the best tasting Pad Thai I've had, the Red Curry which was amazing, a vietnamese iced coffee which was nice and not overly bitter like alot of others I've tried and a Thai iced tea that as a lover of all iced tea and coffees amazed me with how delicious and refreshing it was that I had to stop myself from ordering another one. The service was good and the ladies were very warm and welcoming and we didn't have long to wait for the food to be served. My only suggestion would be that I would like to of seen duck to be offered as a choice for the red curry but other than that I had a great experience here and I'll definitely be back for another Thai iced tea and pad thai

First time here today & will be back! Ordered braised pork belly bánh mi, beef stir fry in oyster sauce which comes with rice, some homemade pork / chicken spring rolls, lettuce & dipping sauce. Presentation was beautiful & not just thrown on the plate. Taste was super flavourful, fresh & delicious. Stiry fry was perfect with all veggies still having a little crunch & their spring rolls will have you going back for more. Loved the condiments table which includes small bags of chops nuts & chilli flakes. Portion sizes were far more than expected & the staff were very welcoming & friendly. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, clean & tidy. Highly recommend.

Definitely felt disappointed.

Ordered 3 mains. One of the mains was chicken green curry. Chicken breast was dry probably because it was way too thin and also chicken pieces were smaller than bite size. Not worth $19.

2nd main was a stir fry and there was hardly any sauce at all. And pieces of beef were small and dry! same size as chicken. The container it came in was only 3 quaters full! Not worth $19 at all.

Had pad thai, had all the issues I had with first two mains but this had no authentic flavor about it. Was bland and kids couldn't even finish their pad thai which says alot as they have never not finished pad thai before.

This place is not my regular thai takeaways. I go to takanini but I thought i'd give them a try and support my local as they are down the road from me. If this is the portions and quality you giving out to locals, you might have trouble retaining customers. Flavor was ok but thats about it. Just a honest review from local thai...
