Fried Chicken Zone — Restaurant in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu

Came out to Otahuhu and tried this place out. Ordered fish and chips, chicken burger and nibbles. The food is good in comparison to price. Get a lot and its quite affordable. Let down was there was no sauce in our burger. Not exactly sure how they make their burgers as this was the first time we went there. Chips need some kind of seasoning, not just salt. High chairs and tables not ideally comfortable for kids to eat on. Other than this the service was excellent, customer service was great. Fish was soft, light and crispy. Nibbles were great. Burger was good just needed sauce. The other thing I liked the food was not oily, no excess oil came off the fish, nibbles or chips. Will be back to try...

A great new addition to the Otahuhu food scene; run by a lovely couple with genuine care and love for the food they make.

The place has some seating but more catered for takeaways. The best thing is the food is amazing; the burger has amazing flavour and the fish was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be coming back soon.
