Down to earth organics — Local services in North Island

After many trips to this store, i am hesitant to go back. While some of the staff are lovely, on two seperate occasions a lady has been rather rood/obnoxious, in what i can only assume is an attempt to hide a lack of knowledge. This last time, i was assured she was correct about a herbal product, which a quick Google afterwards refuted. I can't stand when a shop assistant bluffs their way through a sale, assuming the customer doesn't know any better; not very fitting with the name of the shop!
