The worst service experience I’ve ever had. The guy working there was unpleasant to a lady ahead of me who was shocked after waiting about 20mins in the queue to order a coffee then told that the machine is off, I mentioned he might want to pop a sign on the coffee machine to make people aware as I had also been waiting to order coffee, he then went into an aggressive tirade. “I can’t take orders and make coffee, you come around here and do my job, come on you do my job etc.” at that point i was shocked but I still was keen for a beverage of some sort and reiterated politely “its just a lot of people are waiting to order coffee, so seems like a sign might save everyone some time.” he went into the same tirade even more aggressively, I walked off at that point as no one deserves that sort of response and he’s clearly just an awful human or having a really bad time. Stopped here twice on our bikes, once for coffee, which was nice, good atmosphere, great coffee. The second time was Sunday sessions and we made the mistake of ordering food, fish and chips to be exact. Short review says just… don’t order food here. Longer review, the chips consisted of 3 half pieces of tiny roast potatoes, the fish was soggy and small and was sided with a bit of salad. For $24, I call a rip off. The music was great, the atmosphere chilled and nice… but the food… don’t bother. A shame because they could be doing a roaring trade given the setting but instead they’ve chosen to charge as much as possible for as little as possible … and the little wasn’t even very good. NB: if you’re going to advertise Fish & Chips, use real chips, or call it Fish and a tiny (thumbnails x 3) amount of Spanish...

If you have food allergies, be careful when you ask about them. The response from the cashier out front was to read the glass (which gave no information about our allergies). Also had rude response when asking about their hot meals. Kitchen staff were awesome, and food was good. Won’t be back, as we value service and care about allergy...
