Iâm really disappointed with my experience at Jumperuma today. I came on Tuesday and paid $12 for Toddler Time, (wasnât told Jungleruma was closed). However, when I returned Thursday at 11:30 AM, I was told Toddler Time wasnât available due to Jungleruma being closed and was charged $16 instead of $12âeven though the website clearly states that Toddler Time runs from 9 AM to 12 PM.
To make things worse, the staff member who served me was extremely rude. She insisted I shouldnât have been charged $12 on Tuesday and spoke to me in a condescending manner. The lack of consistency in pricing and the poor attitude from staff made for a really unpleasant experience and we left before 12pm.
If policies have changed, they should be clearly updated on the website, and staff should treat customers with respect and professionalism. I wonât be returning...

Small Table: We were given a small table when big tables around were empty all the way till the evening!
Two cakeage fee!: We had to pay a cakeage fee of 10 dollars to cut the cake in the cafeteria. We brought two cakes since the size of the cake was small. Later they noticed the second cake and were asking another cakeage fee of 10 dollars again for that and grabbed the second cake and put in the fridge as though they are not trusting us. I did not get the logic of that. We have brought our own paper plates, cutleries etc. so how does it matter if we eat one cake or two cakes.we felt not welcomed by the cafeteria staff, especially, the senior lady there as mentioned in other reviews. May be the rules can be little relaxed after all we were there to celebrate a birthday party of...
Read moreWe visited Junglerama today. The facility itself is amazing, clean and fun for the kids â but the pricing policy is very disappointing. Adults are charged $2 just to enter, and if you step out and come back in, you have to pay again. That feels like nothing more than a money-making scheme. On top of that, our granddaughter came in with us while the under-12âs were playing, and even though she wasnât going to use the play area, they insisted she pay the full child entry fee of $16.50 just to sit with us. That is absolutely absurd. Because of this, half of our family ended up inside and the other half had to stay outside â which really ruined the experience. Such a shame, because the place itself is great, but the pricing rules make it hard to enjoy as a...
