Although I loved the appearance and functionality of my Luna cases after a couple of uses my carry on bag was damaged, the plastic cracked and kept cracking and was unusable. I had to fight to get it replaced, they said the damage was caused by being dropped which it was not, it had been used as carry on only. Now after only 10 mths my larger check in bag has the same damage (around the wheel area). I haven’t bothered contacting luggage.co.nz as I know they won’t consider this as a warranty claim. I am currently claiming with the airline. Appears that the plastic is poor quality, and I will not be replacing with this brand, as they are not built to last. Sadly I would not recommend...

In the King's Birthday sale, I bought the Caselite set of 3 suitcases, the 80cm, 69cm and 55cm. Delivery was fast and when I opened the box it was great to see that they all fitted into the 80cm case which is great as you can fill the 69cm one with your travel items, put it inside the 80cm one and ten when returning you now have the 80cm one to fill up with all your holiday purchases, saves on extra baggage costs at the airport. The quality is great and these are super, super light so gives you more weight allowance for your clothing etc. Fantastic product and a fantastic price. Way cheaper that Briscoes or Strandbags for similar...

I ordered a Pacsafe Go Crossbody with a pacsafe mask freebie, my bag was not delivered only the mask came with the invoice, I tried calling them they said it was a separate delivery but they don't have a tracking number for my bag soo clearly they are just buying time, until now they have not contacted me. My order Number is 3240589 it's very hustle because it was suppose to be a gift now it's delayed and I have no idea where's my bag now very bad experience, I have already ordered the same bag before it came 3 days, but this time already been 5 days and no tracking number for my bag what a joke.
