Tauranga Entertainment Centre — Local services in North Island

We booked our timeslot online for my daughters 13th. While on the website, we seen nothing to indicate half of the park was closed off. We paid $10 per kid thinking that was full price. We stepped in to a literal mad house. I don't know if it was due to half the place being closed off but there was definitely an over abundance of people. What little staff we seen was at the counter. There was no regard to what anyone was doing and no where near enough staff to enforce any rules. Our 13 year olds (2 of them) felt like they were in a daycare centre. They were barely able to utilize any trampolines as the foam from the foam pit was being thrown everywhere. Aside from that it looked as it the quota was 3-4 kids per tramp. My daughter chose flip out as they had advertised long trampoline lanes to practice her tumbling. There was barely enough room for a spot on the floor let alone a trampoline. Very very disappointed in our experience, we left after 15mins and went bowling instead. Suggestions: More staff to enforce ruling and ensure bullies / violence is kept at bay from older kids. If you have half the park down, make sure you let patrons know before they purchase time online. If you have less room, perhaps a Max patron count is in order with enforced timings.

Omg...flipout tauranga I was VERY disappointed on my third and last visit to your establishment I took my daughter and her friend as a treat before they went back to school including my two girls there was another two children there they left while we were there so 4 children in the hour we were there and 4 staff the woman was working the whole time she vacuumed the whole place while I was there..the 3 young guys were a waste of time two were on their phones for the majority of the time and the other was in the main computer doing something!! 2 staff to many in my books!! Will not be returning unfortunately...and will certainly not recommend my friends pay money to come to this establishment...as we left 4 staff and 1 customer...admittingly one guy did seem to be in training as was quite polite and smiley!!such a shame as Tga needs a place like this pity your staff let my...

Chaos is all I can say, left shortly after arriving even though we paid for an hour. Our 2 big girls couldn't get a jump or flip in, half of the park was closed off, over filled with young kids running everywhere all over the trampolines, foam being thrown everywhere covering most of the remaining tramps and more being added every second by kids and parents. No staff on the floor, what 2 staff members that were on were at the counter. Highly disappointed and total waste of money if you have big kids who want to have fun and do tricks, fine if you have little kids who only run around throwing foam at everyone...
