NZ Van Lines has been nothing but fantastic from first contact and the quote process right through to the packing up of the house. We're moving our 4 bedroom house from NZ to Brisbane, and had a lot of big furniture items to be packed. Anthony, Gordon and Flip turned up on the first day, and the mahi these boys put in was impressive! They were fast, efficient, and super professional with the wrapping of our things. Even when I kept bugging them because I was bored, they were happy to korero with me whilst still wrapping and packing our furniture! This team really took great care with our precious items, and they honestly worked like machines! If you decide to go with NZ Van Lines (which I highly recommend) and live in the BOP, then I would also recommend Anthony, Gordon and Flip as your packing team because these tāne are the very best! We recently had the pleasure of using Van Lines in Tauranga and their partner team the Moving Company in Auckland to move my elderly parents’ belongings from Tauranga to Auckland. Greig went beyond to give us the best deal by arranging a truck share which made the process a lot more affordable for my parents. Communication is always key on these stressful days of house settlement and the boys kept in touch with us throughout the process, telling us the ETA for pickup and delivery at the other end. They took care protecting all of their processions and we experienced NO damages. The men at the delivery end were extremely helpful with the positioning of all the larger items and even moved the heavier items to fit the room layout knowing that we wouldn’t be able to manage ourselves.
