Saint Clair Fish Supply — Local services in South Island

These were the most revolting fish and chips I've ever had. I ordered 6 pieces of blue cod - the premium priced fish - and they gave me sole instead. Not that it mattered because it was inedible, we had to throw out virtually the whole order (the hot dogs and jam wraps were okay). You can't complain to them due to a lack of English. They have a constant stream of customers but they're the only f&c store in the area and clearly some people don't mind...

Their chips were old, and flavourless. Texture of over cooked chips. Doesn't have tables to eat in. It is a tiny shop. Not much competition so they don't care as much about the quality of the chips.
