I'm sure the Restaurant was over crowded at least, I counted 50 ppl in the outer attached part, then in main part another 50+ mre ppl. There wasn't enough room to move around freely. Disappointing visit for $33.90 per adult as waiting for your food took like 15-20 mins! HELPFUL HINTS ~need to add whisked eggs for vegetarians to scramble when cooked. Maybe also wat sauces/oil go well together with wat meats wud help too. Stick on the wall or menu cards for ideas. ~hot food was, dry as nuggets, no taste fried rice, chips too salty, potatoes too oily, spring rolls over cooked... ~need crusted fried chicken drumsticks or wings, need bamboo shoots, bok choi for Veges, ~GROSS CORN from can, leave veges by themselves rather than in water as they become soggy ~Move reception area to the door way entrance ~Need some high chairs for littlees ~Clean cooking area floors or recover lino. ~Not recommended on busy days! ~Don't over-crowd ~Improve service n manners =Reasonable food with dessert. =Over priced too. Our group booked the function room for 20 people for a celebratory event earlier this month. The host (Asian lady) kept disturbing our guests asking them to pay while they were eating because she wasn't happy that 16 people turned up and not the 20 as planned (something beyond my control) Seemed like all she cared about was the money because she kept going on about how she refused another bigger group from booking because of us 😞😥 She didn't care about how badly she treated us, was unapologetic and refused to serve drinks🍹 when we ordered them. She only served drinks after we paid for our meals. I was appalled at the rude customer service to say the least and highly embarrassed in front of guests. The Asian lady demanded that I pay for the extra 4 people that didn't turn up, but after the way she treated us I didn't want to. I will never bring my business back to this place again. We had such a negative experience for a night that was meant to be enjoyed. To the host, please learn to treat people with respect and not see them as dollar signs💲💱💲People have feelings and a heart ❤ Honestly you remind me of Mr Krabs from that cartoon, 'Spongebob' but meaner and at least he has better customer service skills. Read moreAbsolutely terrible service. Food was undercooked, and the mac n cheese had a horrible taste of vinegar through it. Experience was not good, we had made quite a large booking for a birthday and about 10ish people did not show up for unknown reasons. Yes we except that we did make the booking for 40odd and 10 people not showing up isn't exceptable however, when we went to pay the owner screamed and shouted at us in front of our kids and guest demanding that we pay for the seats that weren't filled. We tried to explain that we just didn't have the money because everyone was paying for themselves and we were really sorry that the others didn't show up. The lady called us mongrels and dogs and swore at us to get out even after other workers there were telling her to calm down and leave it be. My family and friends were all willing to put extra towards to bill to apologise for the empty seats but after that we ended up just leaving. Will not ever...
