Sappers Waterfront Lounge — Local services in Lagos State

Sappers is a budget friendly lounge. The prices are incredibly affordable compared to most lounges of that class on the island. Located in a military camp makes it more secured however, obviously impacts the type of fun and "loud" people that can make a place hype. Location is very serene for a hangout where friends want to have conversations and a good laugh as the music is low. One thing too to note is that, the main gates to the camp closes at midnight so cabs can not come in and pick you if you aren't driving. One would have to walk to the gate. Quality of food is average and customer service is "just there". The waitresses need to be smarter when engaging customers and write down orders so they do not forget and leave customers wasting waiting for nothing as it occurred on my first visit. I will visit again to ascertain another experience and of course due to its cost...

Tucked away inside Bonny Cantonment in VI, this hangout venue is popular with the men & women of the Armed Forces, obviously due to its location!! But it's also open to Civilians ( those who have no hang ups about entering a military establishment!)

Sitting right at the waterfront, this place has all the ingredients to be great, fab DJ playing good music, plenty of natural breeze, good view etc... However, on the day I visited, service was slow, half the things listed on the menu was not available, when I eventually got something to order, it took ages to arrive and that was at a quiet time between 3.30-4pm with only about 6 guests present in total. The Mgmt of this place need to look into this aspect pronto as it's one that can turn customers off...

The grilled fish and fries was nice. The convenience was clean and smelled like smoke. It's easy to locate . Somewhere inside Bonny camp,. Soldiers check your trunk before you go in and when you come out. I'm a lover of nature so yeah, I'll visit again. It's a lovely sight to behold seeing the ships on the sea from afar and seeing the water too. There's a reasonable parking space . You can leave a question if there's something in particular...
