They are marked down due to their service: when you book they send an email stating they will then send a SMS with instructions and code for the door

None came.

When I checked with the nearby but unrelated hotel they informed me that Savi moved away from the codes and leaves the door open

Also, while there is a “contact us” link on their webpage it failed with errors for me and there was no phone number

As to the sauna, it was very nice. Some possible recommendations are that solo travelers should not use it as there is no one else there and no cameras. Should you slip and fall (floors are slippery) or have a medical issue I fear the worst

Great experience! When you book you reserve 2h slot. The directions when you book say that you will receive a text message with a pin code to get in. That wasn’t the case for us. We got on the floating sauna and the door was open. We got in and since we had the bathing suits on we put our bags into cubbies and went into sauna. I really liked the hourglass 15min timer. I would suggest to put a chair in the changing booth. We had to put our shoes on outside. I jumped into the cold water and went into sauna a couple of times. Really...

Super experience more than recommended in your visit to Alessund. If you want to live a Norwegian style activity, you can not miss this place.
