Ferry Las Perlas — Local services in Panamá

Safe arrival is the objective and we got to Contadora Island safely and on time. Boat was very clean including the bathroom. Seats were comfortable and inside cabin is air conditioned. But: it is very loud on the boat-I wish I had earplugs. AND the boat does not pull up to a dock. You have to climb off the boat and into a tiny launch which drops you "near" the waters edge--so you have to step in the water to get to the island. OK...but I was not expecting it. I took a trip to Saboga Island, the ferry is clean, fast and very stable. The trip was enjoyable on the boat, no sea sickness and the view of the city was great, it offered air conditioner and cushioned seats.
