TonTon Prestige Massage - Cebu Branch — Local services in Cebu City

Utterly disappointed for the second time. Cebu branch reservation desk booked us the wrong number of people and they didn’t even took accountability of their mistake. We called 8:30 pm and gave us 9 pm booking so we went there and told us there was only one chair available. Blamed that their chairs were lacking.

The first mishap was giving us TonTon Prestige Thai Massage 15 minutes less than we timed. We have the habit of timing our massage on our phones. Unprofessional. Not going back there again.

Their therapists are good though but the reservation service and the way they handle mistakes, ugh, makatagam. To think it happened to us twice.

Edit: Aug. 13, 2024 They reached out and apologized. My reply: I appreciate for you reaching out. We scheduled for an appointment and went there to find out that there was only one left. We agreed for 2 pax. We used to do that arrangement almost every weekend. It would have been okay if they let us know beforehand. They didn’t even took accountability and blamed the lack of chairs and told us “naka una man tong before ninyo” This is the purpose why we always call for booking, not just walking in. I want to make sure my senior husband is well cared without the hassle of waiting.

Anyway, again we appreciate the gesture. We hope a bit of training on scheduling plotting would improve...

The service process was great. At the end, I gave the therapist a 200-peso tip. When I went to the counter to pay, I handed over 1,000 pesos, but the cashier only gave me 50 pesos in change. I asked why there was only 50 pesos returned.
